feat: working like other angular schematics, added flat + project

Updated to NG 11 and made the schematic work like other angular schematics with updating app.module.ts or lib.module.ts and creating new files under the correct path /stateName/state-name.state or /state-name.state

I will write some tests but wanted to get input from the community first.
