In ISA-XLSX specifcation, for E-Mail fields the DataType is currently given as "String formatted as email".

We should add a link or something similar to specify what exactly E-Mail means here, e.g. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2822#section-3.4.1.

This issue was brought up as many ARCs currently contain a "mailto:" in front of the actual E-Mail address.
