Building tools upon the ARC

Pretty sure this is already on someone's agenda.
I'm just wondering, wether it should be formulated out in (future versions) of the specs.

Once the ARC is widely established (including some fixed schema, and data file types), we need something clickable and visible for the standard users - again: instant benefit from feeding an ARC.
Example: In the past, I've written a few micro apps for colleagues to quickly display RNASeq data (based on publication supplemental datasets) and this was never persistent nor sustainable.
And especially for RNASeq data (fastq + reference -> gene x sample count table + factors from isa.assay.xlsx + provenance from isa.investigation.xlsx) this is a low hanging fruit.
