About the PR
This is reverting the expeditions back to when they were fun. Varying difficulty, varying objectives, actual rewards for completing them, and actual challenge factored in.
Why / Balance
expeditions were kind of ruined recently, with all challenge removed, all interesting rewards removed, and made them essentially pointless to do. This winds them back to how we had them before, where we can actually balance things like difficulty, mobs, loot rewards, timings, etc.
