About the PR

Almost all the lockers had some changes, big ones:
jets packs + gps to all suit storage,
Salvage utility belts + weld googles
CE locker had his unique tools removed and added to SCI techs instead.
Added crowbar to all security lockers
Added missing coats and mantle to lockers.

Why / Balance

Frontier.

Breaking changes

CE Locker major changes to tools, all the CE tools can be obtained without major effort from sci techs.

Added SuitStorageParamedic with the void suit moved to it, need to be mapped, so right now the locker for paramedic is missing the void suit.

IMO ce toolbelt needs a nerf but not this big of one. CE should have indust welding tool, a belt with like 70 size, and larger/bulkier tools, but they should still be diffrent somehow.

There is no real "CE" role when people buy a sci ship only for the tools, and if you did in fact get a sci ship to work on sci, you can get all the CE tools including belt from it, also very cheap to print.

Keep in mind you can now sell belts to people since they are not starting gear CE belt on any ship.
