About the PR
Take two
Added a gas recycler board to the Gasbender, While niche, I know some atmos players enjoy using it for projects, it does not unbalance things I don't believe. (Converts Co2 and N2o into Oxygen gas)
Why / Balance
Gives more options for atmos projects, if people wish to pursue gas recycling as an option

Spawn Gasbender
