Undersegmented spinal cord labels in philadelphia-pediatric

The label for one of the subjects in philadelphia-pediatric is undersegmented at the bottom of the image. I believe the labels were created a while back with sct_deepseg_sc before contrast-agnostic was released.

I plan to run contrast-agnostic on these images and check if the segmentation masks can be improved.
