Including:

  1. How to apt install the required dependencies.
  2. How to build the bids-hook executable.
  3. How to set up an admin user from the command-line using gitea.
  4. How to get a Gitea API access token for this admin user from the command-line.
  5. How to set up the system webhook in Gitea from the command-line (maybe Gitea is missing this API? possibly doable from the database directly?)
