Use Panda DF for XML refs #13

Motivation:

  • Will facilitate the implementation of a function that creates XML file for import to CCV website
  • To clarify code (only deal with DF with the same columns)

Specs:

  • One column should have pubtype so both articles and proceedings could coexist in the same DF

I was looking at some of the older issues like this one, just wondering if this is still an issue that should be open?

It looks like dataframe is used everywhere it should be - although I might not have complete visibility into the issue.
