Adds client, data and server runs for Vanilla. (In the base subproject). This is mostly useful when porting, to step through Vanilla with a debugger even though NeoForge doesn't compile yet.

The script will clone the MDK in a folder named NeoForge-pr1697.
On Powershell you will need to remove the -L flag from the curl invocation.

mkdir NeoForge-pr1697
cd NeoForge-pr1697
curl -L https://prmaven.neoforged.net/NeoForge/pr1697/net/neoforged/neoforge/21.3.42-beta-pr-1697-base-runs/mdk-pr1697.zip -o mdk.zip
jar xf mdk.zip
rm mdk.zip || del mdk.zip

To test a production environment, you can download the installer from here.
