Feat: Partially Implemented the sending of sales invoice on submissio…

…n. Added more doctypes to cater for the requisite data provided by kra etims. Re-worked the customer and sales invoices client overrides. Exported and updated fixtures to reflect recent changes to doctypes and data records. Bumped app version to 0.1.1
