Feat: Refactor and slight redesign

Changed where the last request date is referenced from its own single doctype to per-endpoint referencing and deleted the now redundant doctype. Re-exported fixtures with new customisations. Implemented the enqueueing to background jobs for all post requests thus far. Performed some refactors touching various files, and functions. Bumped up app version.
