Thank you for posting this. To be more inline with the DMG, where the first line of text is not indented, you would need to do a little more. You can either add 2 spaces at the end of the italic line:

Description
This would be a useful template for any dungeon master that would want to create custom magic items. When I first started, I had to figure out how to format it on my own. I personally believe it would be a great help to everyone.
