OPERA PGE CSLC-S1 Engineering Release 2.0

Engineering Release 2.0 for the CSLC-S1 PGE, which targets the v0.1 release of the SAS interface for CSLC-S1.
This release adds support for application of filename conventions to output products, adds validation logic for input and output products to the PGE layer, and adds support for generation of the ISO 19115 metadata product for output granules.
