  • add syntool converter for downscaled ECMWF seasonal forecast
  • add the with-dataset-info option to all ingest files to have access to metadata generated during the conversion
  • change the default data access features file from metadata.ini to data_access.ini to avoid conflicts with default dataset metadata file
