At Eiger we work on a project that needs the bitswap protocol. This is a draft of our migration of the
iroh-bitswapcrate to libp2p 0.53.We don't know how this effort will evolve, but currently we do not have any plans on upgrading the rest of beetle to libp2p 0.53, that is why we opened this PR as draft.
