Not sure exactly what the right way to do this is, but this should be fine for now.

I'm not as cool as some people so this parser accesses userdata rather than decrypting the replay and reading stuff that way. However even if this isn't cool it's straightforward and good enough.
I'm not sure what to do about spell card ID. I see https://www.thpatch.net/wiki/Th095/Spell_cards but I think the real IDs aren't in userdata, so I'll have to create a big silly lookup dict and do it manually. (Or just not do it but I think it's better to do it.) I'll do that in a follow-up PR though, I think this one is big enough for now
