cputime is now in micro seconds
wait needs new milli seconds as input parameter
TIME() got new option 'US' - micro seconds since midnight
TIME() got new option 'MS' - milli seconds since midnight
TIME() got new option 'U' - epoch time (unix timestamp)
DATE() got a lot of new input and output formats
