Fixes for some common errors
Thanks to the introduction of HockeyApp in the last version, I was able to locate some of the main reasons for failing.
I cannot guarantee that these are already solved. For some, it will be a better handling of the error, for others it might be that the location is more clear after this update.
On the PokehashKey page, there is also a button in the top right corner to 'forget' the current Access token, so when you press 'Store and continue', the app will go to the Login page, without automatic login.
Added Hockey App
In this release we've added the hockey app so hopefully we can see what the problems are to be able to solve them.
API level 0.61
Updated to work with the API level 0.61
Starter tutorial, including catching Starter Pokémon
You will now be able to start the app with the initial tutorial.
This will only work if your account is not yet in the 'FirstTimeExperienceComplete' stage.
In case of errors during the tutorial, there is a 'skip' button. That button will stop the tutorial, but you can't start it again until you do a fresh reinstall of the app.
Another fix is when your hashing key expired, you should be notified and you can enter a new one after that.
There are some other fixes in this release as well, go check them out!

Choose team available on entering Gym, deploy pokemon to Gym
With this version, there are a couple of stability changes.
Besides that, you will be able to choose a team via the professor dialogs when haven't done that before.
Also, the Gym information is now more accurate (still some things to do)
You should be able to deploy a pokémon to a friendly gym, but I received only 'Gym is full' returns so can't see if it's really working.
Have fun!
