Looks for xperf.exe in the default install location for WPT. Ran into an issue where if you're trying to automate WPT install and then run a command elevated via
gsudo
in CI, PATH changes get.. very wonky.Also ups the buffer size to 1MB from 64kb. The default buffer count is 64, so this will use 64MB of memory, up from 4MB. Seems totally reasonable on anything you'd be profiling on, and greatly reduces the chance of dropped events.
