Modifiziert die
setup.py-Datei der Python-Packages "common" und "testbed" so dass ab sofort auf die Verwendung des Modulspkg_resourcesverzichtet wird. Dadurch wird die in #780 beschriebene Warnung vermieden. Außerdem wird für das Bauen von Wheel-Packages nun nicht mehr jeweils ein eigenes Virtuelles Environment angelegt, was das Bauen deutlich beschleunigt.
