v0.6.2-RC Release Candidate

This Release Candidate has all the basic functions as described in the goals of this project.

Data is collected from the Smart Meter's P1 port and saved in files with hourly, daily and monthly cumulative data. This data is presented via the internal WEBserver to your browser.
