- Minor Bug-Fixes due to changes in some dependencies (and changes of TXT-format and its programmatic representation)
- Extendend PTM Annotation possibilites and also added new Edge Cases
- Rewritten the FASTA compacter to be more memory efficient

fixes mpc-bioinformatics#67 ProtGraph can now add multiple PTMs (even on same AminoAcids) in various combinations into ProteinGraphs. It can be set for N/C-Terminal Peptide/Protein PTMs as well as on single aminoacids. Documnetation is still missing
