Mirroring the change in montagejs/montage#1181
It conflicts with the manifest property in Montage, and appcache is a better description anyway.
Change package.json `manifest` property to `appcache`
Version updates and require swap

The case warnings are the ones I've been annoyed by. I'm not sure if I should suppress more for other packages? The parse errors seem like they could be important to the user.
