This is a first draft at addressing Ruby 3.0 compatibility in the Moneta spec, as per #175.
As I was thinking about 3.0, I thought it could be good to rewrite the spec using the new RBS syntax. I quite like the outcome!
Unfortunately there's no GH syntax highlighting for this yet (to say nothing of editor support), but it looks like adding an RBS file to this repo may help to accomplish this: ruby/rbs#682
