Dog breed Dansk spitz was placed as a child of VBO_0000662 (Havanese) in root. I attempted to move it to the correct position as a child of Canis lupus familiaris
As discussed, combine redundant terms

Per #106, I merged three terms that are not distinct entities.
I also noticed a dog VBO terms with a strange parent that was located in root -- so I tried to fix that as well.
I have not used Protege before so hopefully I did this more or less correctly!
