Add SDVX III Season 1 Patches (#216)

* Added patches for SDVX III Season 1 * Merged SDVX S1 and S2 together * Index updated to reflect changes * Matched metadata of all SDVX S1 patches with S2 * Season 2 release date fixed * Readded S2 patch credits * Readded S2 patch credits * Fixed crash with PFree when finishing song Co-authored-by: Erodynamics <[email protected]>
