Update: Migrated from Mailgun to Nodemailer for Email Functionality

We've transitioned the email service from the third-party Mailgun API to a native Nodemailer setup. This migration enhances control and flexibility over email handling, removing the dependency on external services while ensuring seamless integration with our existing system. With Nodemailer, we maintain all key functionalities, ensuring reliability and ease of configuration using environment variables. This update simplifies the email-sending process, providing a more efficient and streamlined approach to managing email notifications.
