macOS is currently not supported because a lack of testing equipment

• Add a settings window
• Everything is now automatically selected on Linux. No manual input is required anymore
• Revamped command generator system. SteamDepotDownloaderGUI now creates a bash/batch script and runs that
• Fixed paths with whitespaces
• You can now change the name of the folder where the manifest is downloaded
• Debugging is made easier
• Devtool now always open in an external window
• Dependencies updated
• Refactored onReady code
