Support for new structure of bash-it

While previous directory structure still works, this release now utilized the new structure in bash-it. Also tests have been converted for Inspec. Fedora/CentOS test targets have been dropped because kitchen-ansible does not support the later versions anymore for installing ansible easily in those.
