This PR addresses the following deprecation warnings to ensure the codebase remains up-to-date and free of future compatibility issues:

Use MultiHeadDotProductAttention.__call__(inputs_q) instead. See Announcement: new signature for `MultiHeadDotProductAttention`'s `__call__` method google/flax#3389 for more information.
Use jax.tree.map (jax v0.4.25 or newer) or jax.tree_util.tree_map (any JAX version).
Only the first 4 arguments can be passed positionally additional args will become keyword-only soon (in optax.ctc_loss)
