First preview release

I got distracted the last few months. I wanted the first release more polished.

This is pre alpha - not ready for production use however it should work >somewhat<. It's a rewrite of pcboard with a new data model, long file name support. Main goal is to be as compatible to pcboard as possible.

Which means it can run .PPE files, ppl compiler & decompiler is included.

EDIT:

Known issue on macos: won't run correctly under the macOS Terminal app. It's recommended to use another terminal emulator like tabby for fixing issues on macos (https://tabby.sh).
