Introducing Marina

Marina is a module in the SDK that aid a developer with repetitive tasks that one needs to go through when making a Saleor App. The basic tools in saleor_sdk are untouched and everything in the marina module is abstract of any framework (except of the saleor_sdk internal dependency).
