I don't want to force end users to use a specific icon set. Purpose of this PR is to make a set of Megaphone anonymous components that make it easier for end users to drop in their own icons for Megaphone.
As a bonus, componentifying the notification views should make it a little easier to overwrite certain parts of the templates.
