The Microsoft owned
AdvancedSecurityDependencyScanningtask is already allowed to publish telemetry, and as the owners of that task, we would like to be able to publish telemetry using our PPE version of the Task as well. PPE task is internally used, and has very little usage, essentially it is purely for testing.
