Add gradio_client; deploy.ssh;

This PR addresses the following:

• gradio_client is added to https://github.com/microsoft/SoM/blob/main/deploy_requirements.txt which fixes an error (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'gradio_client') when following the deployment instructions
• SSHing into the server after deployment is simplified with the addition of the python deploy.py ssh command (useful for development and debugging)
• Add Docker quickstart to README #40
• displays HTTPS urls when running python deploy.py status
