- Add support for TriggerMode On - Software - Changed SnapImage so that it returns before image readout, uses callback to get image data.
Timing was very off, an there was no clear path to getting it precise other than waiting for the full image buffer to arrive. There is still an issue with Software triggering. It does not seem to work unless the camera has first been operated with TriggerMNode off.

External control was not tested, but also should work. Added ExposureTimeoutSeconds property that should be helpful for external control.
