Support for `traceparent` header in Mule

Adds support for trace propagation through traceparent header as well.

Partial support for distributed tracing

Added support to use the trace.id sent over elastic-apm-traceparent HTTP header as parent trace.id.

Updated to be triggered by default Mule events

Updated Transactions and Errors to be triggered by Pipeline and Exception events. Added working domain and APIKit examples.

Fix for API autodiscovery in CloudHub not working

Proposed fix for #9 of not showing transactions when Mule application with API autodiscovery is deployed into CloudHub.

Fix for transactionId being lost
