- clearer homogeneity error and ellipsis error highlighting
- multi nest
- update expected error message for nest
- use syntax-spec for orig of errors in syntax-spec forms
- detect missing compilation in host interfaces
- fix highlighting on duplicate pattern variable
Related to michaelballantyne#47 instead of "nest:" it says "e:" now which is not ideal, but this will be addressed by michaelballantyne#30
