Related to the issue #2582 open by @kuenkin, to decode the Chamberlain PIR sensor CWPIRC.
This is a simple device driver to decode the 2 messages sent by the PIR sensor in the same frame.
These 2 messages are some kind of rolling keys that change every 35 minutes.
These keys are not yet decoded to get a sensor ID and battery low information.
A pairing feature is done between the PIR sensor and the base station using the Learn button, same the keys related to this "Learn" situation are not yet decoded.
