What is the purpose of this PR?
Repeaters show a list with values; when there is no value, often users require a hint/message that there is no data available.
This PR enables the user to configure the content shown when the list is empty. This simplifies the modelling.
Similar to the Gallery Widget https://github.com/mendix/native-widgets/blob/main/packages/pluggableWidgets/gallery-native/src/Gallery.xml#L59
Before this PR. You have to create a surrounding context, counting the results in advance. The context needed to be refreshed when the count changed to 0.
We use this widgets in many place, as the other data container widget like list view and repeater are not usable inside a scroll container, because the generate errors: VirtualizedLists should never be nested inside plain ScrollViews
