browserData: assorted scripts for processing cancer browser data

mafToSpareMatrices: contains scripts, etc for deriving matrix heatmaps from
  MAF files.

buildUcscGenesComboBed: contains scripts and data for building a special bed
  file, and probe map, that contains all versions of all UCSC Genes 
  transcripts.
