Code for analysing the data for the Amblyopia EMC project written by Marcus Daghlian, Spinoza Centre.

Note - preprocessing, is run using the linescanning toolbox (credit Jurjen Heij). And is done prior to this stage. The code here is to look at the preprocesse data. Including:
