2.7: D&D 3.5e support

• Added support to D&D 3.5e
• Added a 4th filter that shows all the game actors that have player owners instead of just the tokens on the scene (contribution from @playest).
• Reduced number of updates again.
• Fixed Tabs added to older system providers not being rendered if the setting wasn't reset to defaults.

D&D 5e

• Reworked the Proficiencies tab to be transposed (based on another contribution from @playest). It now shows the modifier alongside the proficiency icon.

• Added a Tools tab.
• Added Experience to the General tab. It disappears based on the Disable Experience Tracking system setting.

PF2e

• Added a Skills tab. Shows the modifier for each skill and colors the background with the Proficiency Rank.
