In your pom.xml, include:

... and inside <dependencies>:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.onebusaway</groupId>
<artifactId>onebusaway-gtfs</artifactId>
<version>1.3.9</version>
</dependency>
...where <version> contains the latest version number.
