Improved installation

Instructions were simplified and scripts released that handle the subtile issues of installing this application.

Support for Buster 4.19.118 iptables changed to nft

The release of the 4.19.118 kernel "broke" iptables. The iptable commands were converted to nft and the wrapper now load the tables with nft.

Addition of log2ram

log2ram was added for two reasons. To reduce stress on the Raspberry PI SD cards and to reduce disk corruption on shutdowns.
