Training is a custom Teams messaging extension app that enables customers to publish a training within a chat or a channel for offline knowledge sharing and upskilling. The app is supported across all Teams platform clients - desktop, browser, iOS, and Android and is ready for deployment as part of your Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Training creation: To easily create Training, click Menu (...) below the box where you type your message to find your training app. Name your Training, add description and cover image. In settings, set a due date for your Training and attempt restrictions. In next page, add text, image, video, document and quiz based content for the training. When you are done, click Send to publish your Training.
- Training response: To respond to a Training, click Start on the card. Read description of the training and go through the contents in subsequent screens.
- Training Results: To see the results of your Training, click View Result on the card. You can view content summary of the training as well as question wise result of the quiz content. As Training creator click on View Results to view aggregate responses for each question of the quiz content. Participation Summary shows the response list along with the participants' responses and the list of people who didn't attempt the training. Also, download an image of your Training's results as an image or a .csv file by selecting Download.
