Add an note for Ubuntu users with 22.04 and above, because the plugin doesn't work there.

I think fixing it is more important than pointing out the problem. So I made a merge request to try to fix this issue. |

Yes you are right, but my intention was to inform Ubuntu users that they don't really need this plugin. So they don't have to go through the a bit more complicated process of installing this network manager plugin. |
