This PR adds an example of how to use prebooking and custom insertion constraints for DRT with a use case for the city of Melun in France. We also provide an analysis output to compare the results that are generated by the example. The plots will be used in an upcoming publication.
I will wait to merge this PR until this repository's depdenency on MATSim has been updated (next week).
