Adds fixtures to fetch newly added image data from GIN, as discussed in brainglobe#74 (comment) - hope this helps... as a sketch at least. Improvements welcome, as are general thoughts on how we should organise test data for all BrainGlobe tools (zulip discussion, meta-issue: brainglobe/BrainGlobe#5)
